By submitting a property, the submitter confirms that they are the owner or have valid authority from the owner to submit and permit review/marketing of the property. Submitting another person's property without authority, using unauthorised photographs, impersonating an owner, or intentionally providing false or misleading information is prohibited.
IAS PROPERTIES may contact the submitter, request supporting records, keep the entry pending, reject it, suspend it, remove it, or ask for fresh confirmation. Publication is discretionary and does not mean IAS PROPERTIES guarantees title, ownership, approvals, availability or price.
Reports, Disputes and Takedown Review
A person claiming ownership, lack of authority, inaccuracy or other legitimate concern may report a public listing. IAS PROPERTIES may temporarily suspend a disputed listing while reviewing the issue and may request reasonable supporting information from the parties involved.
