Information You Provide

When you submit an enquiry, you may provide your name, mobile number, preferred location, budget, property requirement and message. Please do not submit Aadhaar, PAN, passwords, bank credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information through a general enquiry.

Purpose

Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, coordinate property or site-visit discussions, and when necessary for that enquiry, share your stated requirement with the relevant promoter/developer/authorised sales team.

Communication

By submitting an enquiry with consent, you request contact by phone or WhatsApp about that enquiry. You may ask IAS PROPERTIES to stop further follow-up.

Retention & Security

Information should be retained only as reasonably necessary for enquiry, business, accounting or legal purposes and protected with appropriate access controls. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Third Parties

Project or service providers may have their own privacy practices. IAS PROPERTIES is not responsible for third-party websites or systems linked from this website.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the website and applicable legal requirements evolve.

Owner-Entry Data

For a free property entry, IAS PROPERTIES may collect the submitter's name, mobile number, optional email, property details, photographs, authority declaration, verification records and an optional redacted ownership/authority document. Full address, contact details and private proof files are not intended for public display.

We use this information to receive the entry, verify the submitter's authority, review accuracy, communicate about the property, publish an approved limited property profile, respond to disputes/reports, maintain audit records and protect the service against misuse.

Data Minimisation and Retention

Please do not upload Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, passwords or unnecessary identity information. If a supporting property/authority document is provided, redact unrelated personal identifiers. Records may be retained for as long as reasonably required for the property enquiry, legal/compliance records, dispute handling and security, after which they should be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Correction / Removal Requests

A submitter may contact IAS PROPERTIES to correct, close or request removal of their property entry. A person who believes a listing concerns their property without authority can use the Report Listing process or the contact/grievance channel.
